11/13/05: A beautiful sunrise, out behind the cabin, just before I left...
11/13/05: A barn, just across the highway from the road to Pitkin.
Oh, yeah... This area is at a lower elevation, so they didn't get any snow.
11/13/05: This is heading down 149, heading through Powderhorn, Creede, South Fork, and Pagosa Springs.
Not the best of driving conditions, this particular day.

11/13/05: North Clear Creek Falls.
When I saw the sign, pointing to the falls. I wasn't really expecting much.
Boy, was I surprised!

11/13/05: This was a road I probably shouldn't have gone down...
and, when I found a place to turn around
(after almost sliding off the road into a bunch of trees),
I got off this ride...!

I saw this sign and couldn't help thinking to myeslf,
"Tunnel!? Noooo! I thought it was a giant, car-eating caterpillar!!"
So, I had to turn around, come back, pull off, and take the picture.
11/13/05: For those of you I've talked to about this trip,
this is from the pull-off where I found the "big" cat prints.
11/13/05: This was the next pull-off... Treasure Falls.
I got serious about getting home, after I left here. No more pictures.. :(
