11/10/05: This is the result of one of my "Oh! What's that? / Where's that road go?" pursuits.
I could see the Lake Pauline power plant from the road.
To get the pictures, though, I had to find Lake Pauline itself.
Unfortunately, when I was there, there wasn't much left of the lake.
Hopefully, they've received a bunch of rain since then and business is booming, once again.
By the way : Yeah, that's the boat ramp in the foreground and the power plant in the background.
11/10/05: So, I setup the tripod, put on the biggest zoom I could find... and took a few pictures.
11/10/05: To verify what the plant was, I just did some searches.
Come to find out, that power plant is for sale!

11/10/05: Just another quick snapshot of the surrounding area.
Even the cows are lookin' for shade... watch where you step, though.
There are a lot of cow-patties around here.
11/10/05: I normally don't take pictures, looking at the sun.
But, I saw something in the clouds, which kind of shows up in the picture.
You can see the left side of it more than the right, but the right side of it is there, too.
A sun dog!
